We take pride in providing great customer experience to our Marco Polo users. We’re looking to grow our customer experience team to help ensure that our users are well assisted with any problems or concerns that may arise. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Customer Support Specialist, who is reliable and excited about helping users navigate our mobile product, Marco Polo!
Desired Skills and Experience
- Respond to, manage and tag customer inquiries in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Emails, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Actively use our product to best help customers
- Collect user feedback to share trends with the product team
- Work 20+ hours a week (some weekend time included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest and willingness to learn about our product, Marco Polo
- A flexible work schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to identify and understand customer’s inquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently without close supervision
